Being a renowned beauty academy in Mumbai, we understand actual learning happens from real world scenes in the beauty industry. So, we encourage our students to participate in in-house contests as well as other competitions taking place domestically and internationally. Moreover, we create projects and programs that develop the innovation ability of the learners and give them confidence to follow an independent career in the beauty industry.
The Hair & Beauty Show (HBS) is a premier industry platform where students from LTA School of Beauty participate to demonstrate their technical expertise across categories like hair, skin, makeup, and nails.
The two-day event is designed to provide learners with large-scale exposure through competitions, expert interactions, and live demonstrations. It encourages students to test their skills in a real-world environment, learn from professionals, and understand current industry trends.
Organized in collaboration with the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), this event offers LTA students a platform to engage with global beauty trends, techniques, and industry expectations.
With a blend of educational sessions, expert interactions, and professional showcases, the event fosters exposure, skill-building, and international industry alignment. It helps learners understand the evolving standards of beauty worldwide while preparing them to compete and collaborate at a professional level.
Hosted in the serene hills of Lonavala, Milan 2025 was a two-day retreat designed exclusively for the LTA team.
With a mix of fun activities, team games, and relaxed moments, the event focused on strengthening bonds, celebrating shared goals, and fostering a sense of unity beyond the workspace. It was a refreshing break that brought the entire LTA family closer—recharged and reconnected.
Tech Fest is one of the most exciting events where students across LTA study centers come together and highlight themselves as entrepreneurs running salons, beauty clinics or spa centers. They put up stalls with a unique name and design pamphlets with services offered and their price.
Students actively canvass for their salon and encourage visitors to avail their services. We aim to enhance their communication & selling skills, confidence level, managerial ability besides improving their planning, teamwork, and implementing capacity through the annual one-day event, thus also known as Salon Experiential Zone (SEZ).
Skillathon is a two-day event focused on skill development of the learners at LTA School of Beauty. The program encourages healthy competition among students in establishing their skills. Students under 22 years of age are shortlisted for this contest and they compete to enhance their skills.
It helps them to set a benchmark against their peers in the industry. The winner of this contest gets a chance to represent India in World Skills Competition.
Student Carnival is the fun-filled day for the students to engage in cultural activities and fun frolic excitement. It is the annual event in which students get an opportunity to celebrate their artistic talents.
