She is a qualified cosmetologist and nutritionist, is the founder and director of LTA School of Beauty. With nearly 14 years of salon experience and training from CIBTAC and CIDESCO, she now empowers thousands of beauty professionals across India through expert training programs.
As India’s official beauty skill expert appointed by the National Skill Development Council, Vaishali has represented the country at five consecutive World Skills Competitions in Germany, Brazil, Abu Dhabi, Russia, and China. She has also served as a beauty expert for the Oceania Skill Competition and the UK Skills Show.
Passionate about student success, Vaishali focuses on building strong foundations through the right attitude, quality training, and competition readiness—helping students excel and build successful careers.
Co-Founder and Director
He is an IT professional for over 12 years, shifted to the beauty industry with a mission to develop top-quality hair and beauty experts for India.
As co-founder and director of LTA School of Beauty, he played a key role in forging partnerships with global education bodies like CIDESCO, CIBTAC, City & Guilds, VTCT, and Pivot Point Lab, raising the bar for beauty education in India.
In 2016, Biju became the first Indian elected to the CIDESCO International board, a leading beauty and wellness standards body based in Zurich.
He heads corporate training and brand activation at LTA and leads skill development programs under government initiatives across various states. He has also chaired the World Skills Competition committee and is a respected member of industry think tanks.
LTA School of Beauty has been and is India’s Most preferred International Beauty School.
