Vaishali K. Shah, a qualified cosmetologist and nutritionist, is the founder and director of LTA School of Beauty. Successfully running a salon business for almost 14 years, she decided to utilise her experience by providing the finest beauty knowledge and training courses to everyone who wishes to excel and be a prominent face of the beauty industry. She completed her training in cosmetology from CIBTAC and CIDESCO prior to getting into training thousands of beauty professionals in the country.

Taking ahead LTA School of Beauty towards great progress, Vaishali K. Shah is India’s official beauty skill expert appointed by National Skill Development Council, for World Skills Competition for five consecutive terms in Germany, Brazil, Abu Dhabi, Russia and now in China.

She was also the beauty skill expert for Oceania Skill Competition in New Zealand, UK Skills Show in Birmingham.

Being enthusiastic in preparing the students to shine in competitions, she ensures a strong foundation for the students to get the right attitude, training, exposure, and skills to be a winner and make a successful career.

A successful IT career professional for over 12 years who decided to take a plunge into beauty industry with an objective to provide finest hair and beauty professionals which the Indian industry would be proud of.

Being the co-founder directors of dynamic LTA School of beauty in India, he played a key role in direction setting and forging strategic alliance to lend credibility to beauty training sector. He is credited with forging alliances with some of world most respected education bodies like CIDESCO, CIBTAC, City Guild, VTCT and Pivot Point Lab (USA) with which LTA has redefine beauty education standard in India.

In 2016 Biju Nair was elected to be the board member of prestigious beauty and wellness standard setting body CIDESCO International based out of Zurich, becoming the first ever Indian to be elected on CIDESCO board in its entire history of over 70 years. 

Biju Nair heads the corporate training services and brand activation division for LTA besides playing key role in skills training through various Central and State government initiative under as DDU-GKY, Sankalp and NULM across multiple states. 

Biju Nair has worked closely with Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council of India and even headed the committee for World Skill competition. With his sharp insights and foresights, he is considered to be an important member of any think thank group within industry.

‘Anupama Bhatia started her career as a beautician and started her own Shagun Spa and Salon in 2004 after gaining experience. After eight years of being in the industry, she chanced upon attending a career seminar by LTA School of Beauty which changed her perception towards the beauty industry.

Thus, she enrolled for the Salon Graduate Program and decided to start everything with a fresh and advanced start.
